You figured out that Rigs ... is Rigsbee ... that's me, right? So why Ask Rigs, you might ask? Simply put, I love what I do, I have a deep passion to serve, and I'm good at it! I'm not overconfident, I just know what I'm driven to do and that is to serve my clients and I work really hard to do it better than anyone else in the industry!

Now, let's get to the basic agent credentials if you’re interested. I'm a full-time Realtor®, certified to serve buyers looking for affordable housing, and lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio. I have spent 20 years specializing in customer service, project management, relationship management, and recruiting. My transition to the world of real estate over the last few years has truly been a natural fit and I absolutely love what I do! I am a member of the following (and in good standing, I might add): The Columbus Board of Realtors®, The Ohio Association of Realtors®, and The National Association of Realtors®.

I absolutely enjoy all the time spent with my family and close friends, doing whatever brings smiles to their faces. Although my daily service to the community is in real estate, my service certainly does not stop there. I am very active in my local community, serving on the Advisory Board at IMPACT Community Action and on the training team at the Franklin County Board of Elections. I am also a Certified Tourism Ambassador through Experience Columbus. Lastly, I regularly volunteer at various social service agencies throughout Central Ohio, I am a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, and remain active in matters that impact the residents of Central Ohio, such as affordable housing.

You will soon find that I am approachable, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator. I am (really!!) detail-oriented, accountable, loyal, and results-driven. My point is, I am focused on helping you with your real estate needs. I have the knowledge and I am savvy to get you the results you want out of any real estate transaction. I work with clients, both buyers and sellers, throughout Columbus, serving the entire Central Ohio area.
